Leading AI Change That Actually Sticks - October 2026

Your team has had the training. So why isn't anything really changing?

You've done the right things. You've invested in tools, maybe run a session or two, encouraged your people to give AI a go. And some of them have.

But here's what's actually happening across most organisations right now:
Someone's using ChatGPT for everything — not because it's making them better, but because they're time poor and it's faster than thinking
Someone else is nodding along in meetings, then going back to their desk and doing it exactly the way they always have
Nobody's admitting they're not confident with the tools they're supposedly using every day
And the momentum from that last training session? Gone by week three

AI adoption isn't a technology problem. It's a people problem. And it needs a human-first solution.

What this masterclass covers

This isn't a tool demo or a trends overview. This is one hour on the part of AI adoption most organisations get completely wrong — the human side.

Drawing on the HABITS Framework from AI-Human Fusion and proven change management principles, this session walks you through a practical approach to embedding AI across your team — not just implementing it, but making it stick.

In this session, you'll learn:

Why most AI rollouts stall - and the mindset shifts that separate organisations that thrive from those that don't
How to read where your people actually are with AI - not where the dashboard says they are The HABITS Framework - a proven, human-first structure for building AI capability that lasts How to lead change with confidence, without the overwhelm, the resistance, or shiny object syndrome
The first conversation to have when you get back to your desk - and who to have it with

When you register, you receive:

Live access to the one-hour masterclass via Zoom on Thursday 29 October, 12pm–1pm AEST

Replay link emailed to you after the session — available for 30 days so you can revisit key moments or share with a colleague

AI Readiness Guide - a practical tool to help you assess where your team currently sits with AI adoption, and what to do next

Live Q&A — ask Leanne your questions in real time during the session

This session is for you if:

You lead a team — whether that's 5 people or 500 — and AI is already changing how you work, ready or not
You're frustrated that AI training hasn't translated into lasting change
You want a framework for leading AI adoption — not just using AI yourself
You're curious about AI but find most content out there either too technical or too tool-focused
You want to walk away with something you can actually use

Not quite right if:

You're looking for deep technical or developer-level AI training — this isn't that. We'll point you elsewhere.

Do I need to know much about AI to attend?

Not at all. This session is designed for leaders who use AI in their work — not developers or tech specialists. If you know how to open up ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude, you're ready.

Why is it free? Leanne runs these because building AI leadership confidence across the business community matters - and because they give you a real sense of what HumanEdge AI Training is all about.

What if I can't make it live? A replay link will be emailed to you after the session and is available for 30 days. That said, attending live means you can ask questions in real time - which is usually where the most useful conversations happen.

What's the next step after the masterclass? That depends on where you are. Some leaders come to a roundtable to go deeper. Others bring Leanne in to keynote at an event or run a workshop for their team. And some engage Leanne directly for consulting. There's no pressure - but there's always a natural next step. Just ask Leanne after the session.
